The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, curious, and detail-oriented M&A Analyst with a passion for infrastructure and renewables. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in financial modelling who is looking to grow within a supportive, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do
1. Build and support complex financial models and company valuations
2. Prepare polished, client-ready presentation materials
3. Work closely with senior team members in strategy discussions, due diligence, and client meetings
4. Conduct market and sector research to help identify new opportunities
5. Support performance and statistical analysis across live and potential deals

What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years of experience in financial modelling or corporate finance within Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities
* Strong technical skills; experience with debt sizing and sculpting modelling is a plus
* A proactive, can-do mindset and a willingness to learn
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving
* A genuine interest in infrastructure, sustainability, and making a positive impact
