Join our Client Services team as a Client Service Executive. It is the CSE's responsibility to ensure client onboarding and ongoing service queries are managed efficiently and in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing leads with the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
Accurate and timely client data entry onto third party platforms/systems to specified Service Level Agreement
Adherence to Client Service procedures
Ongoing client communication regarding meetings, arranging appointments, diary management and processing of client queries and instructions - be that directly or by referring to the relevant team, as appropriate
Preparing meeting packs, annual review packs and valuations for client appointments
Call management/client contact
Ensuring all new business and centralised servicing queries are directed to the relevant team to be processed within set SLAs
Document management - ensure documentation is scanned, saved and archived in accordance with department operating procedures
General ad hoc duties as required by the Practice or assigned by the Client Service Manager
Liaising and working with colleagues within the Practice to ensure success and operational efficiency and profitability

You have previous Financial Services Administration experience
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practicing effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.
