Job Description
Due to extensive growth in the UK we are introducing the new role Sales Manager to the business in the UK and we are now looking for the right candidate to fullfil this position and join our team.
Reporting to the UK Country Manager the role will contribute to the growing success of the company by working closely and providing sales support to the overall sales team and light duties in the warehouse will also be expected whilst ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities amongst others will include:
* Generating and developing new business with new and existing customers
* Customer/site visits as and when required
* Working closely with customer developing any projects from cradle to grave
* Generating reports and feeding back to the management team
* Supporting the sales team with back-office functions and assisting in customer account management
* Assisting with promotions and general marketing campaigns.
* Creating offers/quotes
* Maintaining the company CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all enquiries, offers, projects, visit reports are logged and followed up on in a timely manner
* When required, order processing, progressing
* Light warehouse duties
Requirements:
* Technician or graduate engineer (Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering) or comparable education
* Keen sales experience
* Good basic knowledge of electrical engineering
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Basic knowledge of an ERP system desirable
