As Spa Reception Manager what you’ll be doing

* Be the warm welcome and friendly goodbye for our spa guests whether they be members, hotel guests or just with us for an enjoyable relaxing day
* You will be supervise our vital team of spa receptionists, therapists and assistants to make our spa the fantastic environment our team and guests know and love. When you’re on duty, you’ll check guests are enjoying themselves, help with queries, assist the therapists and communicate with your hotel colleagues to help each day run smoothly
* Administration for the team and spa will be an area you take pride in as you help us to continuously provide the best service possible and strive to keep communication with your team prompt and accurate.
* You will be comfortable with using spa systems to report daily on business for the senior team
* Standards are important to us so during the busy times you won't mind getting hands on supporting the team to ensure the guest areas stay beautiful. You'll also be looking out for ways to help improve processes while you're helping!
* Providing an approachable atmosphere for all members and guests who visit the spa. Show your hospitable spirit, your accute awareness of a sales opportunity and perhaps offering to serve a coffee or two or maybe pour a glass of champagne
* Feel valued driving an engaged team knowing you are having a positive impact on our culture, our business and our guests
