Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Performance Manager - Events to lead our team in delivering outstanding sales performance at various events across the UK. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing teams, and fostering key stakeholder relationships.
Location & Benefits
Based in London (E16) with UK-wide event locations
Salary: £40,000 Base (OTE £60,000)

Key Responsibilities
1. Monitoring and driving sales performance at events
2. Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
3. Mentoring and supporting sales teams to optimize performance
4. Ensuring product knowledge training is up to date
5. Driving excellence in stand presentation and brand representation
6. Managing staffing coverage, shift assignments, and scheduling
7. Onboarding new team members and maintaining communication channels
8. Conducting team meetings and providing sales and operational updates
9. Addressing team concerns and maintaining high morale
10. Collaborating with stakeholders to refine sales strategies
11. Reviewing sales reports, tracking expenses, and maintaining scheduling tools
12. Managing uniform distribution and logistical coordination

* Proven experience in sales & performance management
* Strong leadership and motivational skills
* Experience in staffing, scheduling, and team coordination
* Ability to analyze sales data for continuous improvement
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling and reporting tools
