Role: CNC Punch Operator – Amada Machinery
Salary & Benefits: Up to £32,000 + Overtime (Time 1.3x, then Time 1.5x and 2x Sundays)
Location: Banbury
Hours and Shifts: Monday – Thursday 07:00–16:00 | Friday 07:00–14:00 | 40.5 hours total

The Role
You’ll be operating Amada CNC punch press machines, working from drawings to deliver accurate, clean parts to spec.
Set and operate Amada punch press machinery
Load programs and carry out basic edits
Check parts using gauges and basic measuring tools
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Support production with quality and efficiency in mind
Work with a friendly team across fabrication, welding, and assembly
What We’re Looking For
Experience operating Amada CNC punch presses
Ability to read engineering drawings
Good attitude, timekeeping, and attention to detail
Willingness to work overtime when required
Keen to develop further into other shopfloor areas over time
