Job Description
As the Office Coordinator, you will:
3. Coordinate daily office activities to ensure smooth operations.
4. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and correspondence.
5. Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for replenishment's.
6. Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of important documents.
7. Support the onboarding process for new team members.
8. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them as appropriate.
9. Maintain a tidy and professional office environment
10. Coordinate the cleaning team
11. Run internal events to add to the positive office culture
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Coordinator should have:
12. Proven administrative and organisational skills.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
14. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
16. A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
