Job Summary You'll work as part of the Technical Documentation team to create and maintain documentation that efficiently and effectively transfers knowledge to relevant audiences. You'll apply technical writing best practices to design, test, and refine documentation that supports our products and internal processes. As part of the Technical Documentation team, this position plays an important role in improving the internal and external customer experience by providing clear, easy-to-understand materials to help users set up and use our products and services. What you'll do Deliver high quality documentation in a variety of media Conform to departmental style guidelines, and ensure documentation meets the needs of the business and the audience Adhere to departmental processes for the development, management, and control of documentation Work with other departments to acquire and disseminate information in a timely manner Research, analyze, organize, design, and develop the presentation of technical information Edit documentation and other information products for non-documentation colleagues Eligibility Criteria Degree in Computing or Technology-related subject Structured approach to research and planning Ability to analyze and organize complex information Excellent oral and written communication skills Adapt easily to new technologies, methodologies, and writing techniques; advocates for change when necessary Strong ability to successfully manage concurrent deliverables on time and with quality within fast-paced environment and under deadlines Other useful skills Competency with HTML, CSS, and XML Experience writing for international audiences A good understanding of Plain English writing techniques
