Overview
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Estates Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is paid on the Support Staff Pay Scale, Points 23‑26 (£41,019 – £44,203 per annum).
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of staff and the challenges of managing the needs of a large educational establishment.
* Work closely with the Vice Principal Finance and Resources to ensure the College is maintained to a high standard and that all who work and use the buildings do so in a safe environment.
* Proactively lead by example, ensuring the facilities service operates efficiently.
