We are working with a specialist provision seeking a talented SEN/SEMH Science Teacher to join their supportive and nurturing team.
The Role
* Deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons.
* Support students with SEMH needs and additional learning barriers
* Foster a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets
* Work closely with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS preferred)
* Experience teaching Science within SEN, PRU, or mainstream settings
* Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
* Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students
