They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer (ideally based in or around the Stoke-on-Trent area) to complement their established and successful team, tasked with dealing with daily fault requests, PPM duties and out of hours reactive duties for large scale, high end integrated systems from a broad client base and to look after the daily tasks involved in keeping an important site safe and secure. With a flexible approach to staying away as required and with a 'can do' attitude to ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction, you will work as part of a team of engineers who work remotely but who can all offer guidance and support when required with their strong technical background.
