Job Title: Senior & Principal ICA Engineers
We are seeking passionate Senior & Principal ICA Engineers who excel in innovation and problem-solving.
Role Overview: You will lead complex design processes within the water and wastewater industry, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with strict design standards. Your responsibilities include conducting root cause analyses, contributing technical insights to project briefs, and developing new technologies for research projects. You will also play a key role in establishing a 'Centre of Excellence' for engineering and fostering a sustainable engineering culture from graduates to industry experts.

What you should bring to the role:
1. Recognition as a senior/principal engineer, ideally Chartered or nearing Chartered Status, in ICA Engineering with significant experience in the water sector or a related field.
2. Degree qualification or equivalent in ICA/Electrical engineering.
3. Experience supporting quantity surveyors and cost estimating teams in scope development for cost modelling and budgeting.
4. Knowledge of Instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, Networking, and Safety Instrument Systems, with meaningful water industry experience—understanding water processes and future improvements.
5. Understanding of the regulatory environment to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Additional Details:
Location: Hybrid working at Clearwater Court, requiring presence in the office and on-site 2-3 days per week, as needed.
Working hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Having a driver’s license and access to a vehicle is advantageous.
