Plumber – (Permanent Role)

The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance and planned works across social housing properties, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service to residents.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
2. Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages, and pipework
3. Installing and repairing sanitary ware (toilets, basins, sinks, baths)
4. Working on hot and cold-water systems
5. Completing minor bathroom and kitchen plumbing works
6. Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations
7. Accurately completing job reports via PDA/handheld device
8. Providing a professional and courteous service to tenants at all times
What We’re Looking For
9. Proven experience working as a plumber, ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance
10. Full UK manual driving licence
11. Good communication and customer service skills
12. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
