About this Position
We are looking for a Head of HR Cluster Norden including the positions of Head of HR for UK & Ireland and Head of HR for our Nordic region to shape and drive the people agenda across the six Northern European countries (UK, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark). As the key HR leader for the cluster and local HR Head, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring that local HR strategies align with global priorities, while enabling an engaging employee experience.
What you´ll do
* Develop and execute local HR strategies across the cluster in alignment with regional and global objectives.
* Act as the main HR partner for the cluster leadership team, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions
* Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to drive cultural transformation initiatives and align HR strategies with business goals
* Lead local HR teams, ensuring consistent and high-quality implementation of HR practices and standards
* Foster a strong and inclusive employee experience that drives engagement, performance, and retention.
* Implement and support business and organizational change initiatives, such as M&A or organization transformation.
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
* 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering roles or HR Country roles within an international matrix environment.
* Expertise in implementing and facilitating talent initiatives, such as Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Development Planning.
* Experience in leading HR-related projects and supporting change initiatives, workforce transitions, and cultural transformation programs.
* Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to anticipate business needs, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable outcomes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluency in English (written & spoken); fluency in a Nordic language is a plus (not really)
* Willingness to travel across the cluster as needed.
* Advanced understanding of HR processes and ability to drive effective execution in dynamic environments.
