We’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham City Centre office. No matter your background, if you’re looking for a career change with full training and support, we want to hear from you!

This role requires resilience, patience, and a strong work ethic. Some days will be rewarding, others challenging, but if you’re tenacious, self-motivated, and thrive under pressure, we’ll support you every step of the way to help you succeed and earn big.
You'll have training each week from our in-house Learning and Development Consultant, receiving in excess of 65 hours coaching over a 12-week programme. This includes:
1. 7+ hours video training across 20+ modules
2. 3 x 60-90 minutes classroom training and group coaching sessions per week
3. Weekly bespoke individual coaching sessions at desk
4. Weekly practical tasks and exercises to practice and embed the new skills you're learning

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be:
30. Cold-calling candidates and clients
31. Working in a fast-paced, sales environment
32. Dealing with a high volume of telephone calls
33. Generating sales leads
34. Building relationships with candidates and clients
35. Researching your market and learning about your sector to become a specialist
36. Using recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacancies
37. Business development calls
38. Interviewing candidates for roles
39. Working towards targets and daily KPI’s
You'll need to be ready to buckle down and fully commit to the role. Some days are fun, and some days are challenging, but if you’re tenacious and self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure, we’ll support you every step of the way to help you reach your goals and make some serious money.
This is a full-time role where you'll be working Monday - Friday, from 8am - 5pm.
