About You

Woodlands Primary Academy is seeking two friendly, organised, and adaptable individuals with a genuine interest in supporting children during lunchtime. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to promote positive behaviour, and a calm, professional approach to supervising pupils in the dining hall and playground.


Our Ideal candidate will have

* The ability to provide a responsible and adaptable approach to working with children.
* First Aid training (paediatric) or a willingness to work towards.
* Strong behaviour management skills and remain calm in challenging situations.
