What You Will Do
As one of our first developers, you will bridge beautifully designed front‑ends and scalable back‑ends, answering key questions about scalability, shipping speed, and AI integration. You’ll work autonomously with the founder and team, influencing product success.
Responsibilities
* Own features across the full stack, writing clean code for both front‑end and back‑end systems.
* Architect and implement platform enhancements directly with commercial teams.
* Use AI coding assistants and modern development tools to accelerate workflows and maintain code quality.
* Build robust APIs and integrate AI models into production systems.
* Design end‑to‑end solutions that combine individual data flows into unified models across verticals.
* Propose creative ideas and make bold decisions that shape our technology platform.
Qualifications
* Degree in CS or related field, with 2+ years of full‑time full‑stack development experience.
* Proficient in core programming languages, with hands‑on experience in modern web frameworks (preferably Node.js/Next.js) and databases.
* Expertise with AI coding tools and development agents as part of your standard workflow.
* Experience building and deploying production‑ready full‑stack applications.
* Strong collaboration skills across commercial, product, and technical teams.
* Always on the forefront of adopting the latest development technologies.
* Thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment.

* Initial interview: 30‑minute introductory call.
* Take‑home case study: Real‑world project.
* Case interview: 90‑minute discussion with a team member.
* Founder interview: 90‑minute interview with our CEO.
* Team interview: Individual or group interview.
* Offer and contract signing.
