The Role
You will oversee SEND strategies, coordinate support teams, and work closely with families and external agencies to ensure students thrive.
Key responsibilities will include:

Managing EHCPs and SEND assessments

Leading and supporting teaching assistants and intervention staff

Advising staff on inclusive practices and differentiated learning
*
Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals
Who We’re Looking For

QTS and NASENCO qualification or willingness to complete
*
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
*
Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
