An innovative Accountancy practice based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxford, are recruiting for an experienced mixed Tax Manager to join their friendly and established team on a full time, permanent basis. The practice provides tailored tax advisory and compliance services to HNWI, SMEs and large corporations. The Tax Manager role is a key position within the firm and you will have the opportunity to develop tailored tax strategies and ensure compliance, regulations and tax laws are adhered to.

Tax Manager Job Overview
* Managing a portfolio of mixed tax clients and their tax affairs
* Manage HMRC enquiries;
* Train and guide junior members of staff and manage the team workflow.
* Corporation tax compliance for large and complex clients
* Reviews of P11Ds and PSAs;
* Manage technical tax advisory projects if desired;
* Review personal tax returns and computations;
* Work with the wider team in the practice, such as the accounts and audit team, as well as clients, management support and assisting with ad hoc tax queries
