We are recruiting a driven Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a busy estate agency branch in Hyde.

This is a hybrid role, however the successful Mortgage Advisor will be expected to spend as much time as possible in the Hyde office to build strong introducer relationships and maximise opportunity.

Role Overview

* Office-based Hybrid Mortgage Advisor role

* 10 property sales per month

* 20–25 appointments monthly

* 8–10 mortgage sign-ups

* Average case size £1,800

* Strong local market with higher-value homes
