About the Role
Hyperfast is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the delivery of programmes within our Rearrangements Department, aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs), role responsibilities, and company objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Creation and progression of orders via CRM and Arc software platforms.
2. Management of shared inboxes.
3. Issuing work to suppliers, updating progress statuses, and maintaining trackers.
4. Conducting quality and compliance reviews for orders.
5. Performing corrective action reviews to uphold high standards.
6. Assist with operational analysis, reporting, database management, and record maintenance to ensure compliance.
7. Identify potential obstacles with the Rearrangements Manager to achieve objectives.
8. Ensure clear and timely communication with team members and stakeholders.
9. Contribute ideas and innovations for process improvements.
Candidate Requirements
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Minimum of 1 year administration experience.
5. Ability to prioritize and work effectively within a team.
6. Experience in the telecoms industry and PIA network is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
