In summary, recognise and work within own competence and professional code of conduct, to: Contribute to clinical governance activities / clinical audit to ensure continual improvement of service delivery. Contribute to complaints responses / reviews, significant event, peer review and other shared learning activities. Provide services to the practices' patient population to the highest possible standard ie QOF, QPSS.

Utilise the audit cycle as a means of evaluating the quality of the work of self and the team, implementing improvements where required In partnership with other clinical teams, collaborate on improving the quality of health care responding to local and national policies and initiatives as appropriate Evaluate patients' response to health care provision and the effectiveness of care Support and participate in shared learning across the practice and wider organisation Demonstrate sensitive communication styles to ensure patients are fully informed and consent to treatment Ensure you are competent and appropriately trained to carry out your areas of responsibility, including keeping up to date with practice policies and clinical standards Prioritise own and other's workload and ensure effective time-management strategies are embedded within the culture of the team Use relevant IT systems to support role including SystmOne, Team Net, Word, Excel, Access, and other systems where necessary Assist in promoting and maintaining your own and others' health, safety and security as defined in the Practice Health & Safety Policy and the practice infection control policy and published procedures.
