We are seeking an Assistant Tax Manager to join the tax department of a small, growing financial services business in East Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personal / private client tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base.

Description
* Manage and deliver tax services to a private client portfolio
* Assist in the development of innovative tax planning strategies
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws
* Mentor junior staff members and assist in their development
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax law and regulations
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships
* Assist in business development initiatives
Profile
A successful Assistant Tax Manager should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or a professional tax or accounting qualification
* Proven experience in a tax role within a professional services environment
* Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* Ability to mentor and develop junior staff
