The Role
As a Finance Assistant, you will be a vital part of our finance team, ensuring the smooth financial operations that underpin our guests' unforgettable experiences. On a typical day, you'll find yourself:
* Assisting with financial data entry, recordkeeping, and reconciliation
* Supporting the finance team in various tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget management
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
* Contributing to the preparation of financial statements and reports
* Assisting in audits and financial analysis as required
* Maternity cover contract for up to 12 months
Hours: 25 hours over 5 days (5 hours per day- Monday to Friday. There may be opportunity for additional hours from time to time.
We will give you full training and support, but there are a few things we ask for:
* Experience in a finance role
* Strong IT skills in excel and outlook
* Xero is preferred
