Job description
The job holder will be part of a team based in the Call Centre providing support to Patients who contact the service seeking urgent or emergency medical assistance. Responsibilities
* Phone Answering - Handling all inbound calls from patients to the call centre using the agreed protocols.
* Logging Calls - Logging, verifying or amending details on the internal computer system.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* GCSE's Grades A-C or equivalent in English Language and Maths and two years suitable and recent experience.
* OR Four years suitable and recent experience in an office, receptionist or call centre environment within the past five years.
