Your key responsibilities will include: Property Operations : Support planned works, budgets, compliance, and maintenance Lease & Occupier Management : Review lease terms and help ensure positive relationships and retention Financial Oversight : Assist with payments, arrears, and client reporting Sustainability Focus : Drive real change alongside our Sustainability Team—reducing carbon emissions and boosting efficiency Performance & Reporting : Analyse data, prepare reports for audits and clients, and ensure accurate systems Contractor Management : Support procurement and monitor supplier performance Emergency Planning : Help implement site security plans and emergency responses Property Management : Undertake the property management of a small portfolio of properties, gaining hands-on experience and developing a strong understanding of client and tenant needs You should apply if you: Are a graduate (or soon to graduate) with a relevant degree or interest in property, surveying, or asset management Are proactive, organised, and eager to learn Communicate clearly, both in writing and face-to-face Are passionate about sustainability, technology, and modern ways of working Thrive in a collaborative team and enjoy building relationships Even if you don’t tick every box—if this sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
