Job Purpose
Energie Fitness are seeking a vibrant, highly organised Operations Manager to lead a team of both Employed and Self-Employed staff through 'the New Normal'.
You will be responsible for delivering fantastic business operations, whilst driving sales and retention membership numbers on a monthly basis. You will report directly in to the Operations Director, and work closely with them, to formulate robust processes in areas such as Health & Safety, Marketing & Sales Plans, Corporate and Wellbeing Events and Brand Standards Audits. You will strive to actively seek new business for Club and look to provide the best possible customer service to all énergie members, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
You will be responsible for developing a team of talented Fitness, Sales, Retention and Member Experience Champions, ensuring each staff member live and breathe our Core Values where they belong, and perform at their highest level.
Reporting directly to the company Directors the successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally within a similar background.

Responsibilities & Duties
Business
· Develop a Sales and Marketing strategy to achieve organisational sales and revenue goals
· Manage Sales and Marketing activities – oversee the day to day 'execution' of the MSP
· Understanding on how to track return on investment in marketing campaigns
· Experience in managing social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
· Coordinate Operation & Sales action plans for each Club Host
· Understanding of online marketing, google analytics, SEO and PPC
· Ensuring each member of the Team know their targets and delegate responsibility for customer accounts to individuals in the team
· To work closely with the Energie Team to develop an ambitious Sales and Marketing plan and take responsibility for hitting and beating these targets
· To efficiently manage all aspects of the day to day Operations & Sales role to ensure the groups clubs meets the highest standards and the brand expectations
· To initiate sales and marketing activity that drives membership numbers and find new and creative ways to increase additional revenue streams
· To regularly review Operations & Sales performance, take action to keep the business on track and provide reporting to the owners
· To fully utilise the énergie business systems and processes to attract & retain new members and maximise opportunities to improve the performance of the business
· To maintain effective working relationships with businesses, the press and the local community whilst continuously monitoring local competitors
· To ensure all aspects of the Sales and Marketing practice complies with legal requirements and strictly adheres to énergie operating procedures detailed in the current Business Systems manual.
· To maintain accurate and secure membership records in line with énergie protocols and the Data Protection Act.

· To create a winning Team culture with a highly energised atmosphere and building respectful but fun relationships with customers
· To constantly motivate the Team, keep spirits high and help them achieve great things by working together, caring about each other and always maintaining a sense of humour
· To take full responsibility for all aspects of the daily Club reporting

· To provide clear direction, support and communication to your Team so they are all completely clear what you and the business expect and receive regular feedback about how they are doing
