Personal Assistant Sessional – Ravenswood (Location: Kirkintilloch, Sessional, hourly rate £13.45 per hour)
About The Role
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role in Enable’s award‑winning social care charity by supporting individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes. Your work will involve assisting people with personal care, moving and handling, positive behavioural support and expanding their social networks and connections. Each client has unique support needs and you will be part of a bespoke team that prioritises the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of those we support.
Ravenswood is a residential interim support service for people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. You may be required to support clients in areas such as mental health, substance and alcohol use, relationships, budgeting, anger management and other life‑skills.
About You
We look for enthusiastic personal assistants who are open, flexible, non‑judgmental and compassionate. You should be able to think on your feet, work independently and as part of a team, and share a commitment to supporting individuals to live their best life.
