We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to be based at our multi-user site in Ollerton, where you’ll be given the opportunity to lead your own team from the front and really make a difference. You will be responsible for ensuring all colleagues within the team are trained in their respective tasks, adhering to Health & Safety rules and procedures while meeting or exceeding operational requirements within the contract.
This is a permanent, full-time position, with the following working hours:
Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm & Monday-Friday (Nights) – 10pm-6am

We’re looking to offer a salary of £25,837 (Days) & £28,500 (Nights) per annum and 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Team management; developing, leading, and motivating your people to achieve challenging operational KPIs.
2. You’ll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you’ll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant while keeping your people safe.
3. You’ll actively manage your available resources and utilise staff where possible.
4. Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse delivering shift briefs and preparing handovers.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
1. Experience in leading a team within a fast-paced operation of FMCG, automation, and multi-channel.
2. Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team.
3. Well-versed in warehouse management systems.
4. Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation.
