Complaints Administrator Details on the role: * Permanent * Office Based ONLY * Monday to Friday * 42.5 hours per week * £30,000 per annum As an Administrator, your primary focus will be supporting the PPM Supervisor and managing stage 1 complaints. You will ensure Pre Planned Maintenance (PPM) tasks are raised & sent out to engineers, raise all follow-on quoted works when required and maintain accurate records across systems. In a client-facing environment, you will also be responsible for handling complaints, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently, including all associated correspondence. To be successful, you should maintain a solution-oriented attitude. Approach complaints constructively and communicate clearly to help achieve positive results. Previous experience within Social Housing is a MUST
