Your Responsibilities
Provide and oversee high-quality personal care
Lead, mentor, and support care staff on shift
Administer and manage medications (requires training)
Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
Maintain accurate care documentation and handovers
Promote dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing
Support residents’ emotional and social needs
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Medication administration trained
Full, valid driving license
Previous experience in elderly residential care
Experience supervising or leading care staff
Compassionate, patient, and professional approach
Strong communication and organisational skills
Genuine passion for elderly care
£13.70 per hour (weekdays) | £15.34 per hour (weekends)
