Learning Support Assistant - Morpeth
We are working with a fantastic school based in Morpeth, seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to start in September. The role involves one-on-one and small group support, assisting with learning activities, and supporting students with SEN. The school prefers experienced teaching assistants or cover supervisors for this position.
Summary of responsibilities:
1. Support students individually or in small groups
2. Assist with learning inside and outside the classroom
3. Work with students with SEN and learning difficulties
4. Promote student engagement and learning confidence
Requirements:
1. Patient and positive attitude
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills
3. Interest in education and student growth
Additional Notes:
* The pay is £95-£100/day depending on experience
* The role is subject to enhanced DBS checks and references due to Safer Recruitment standards.
