As part of our hybrid approach, youll typically spend three days a week in the office, with flexibility built in to support individual needs.We are happy to make reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment processjust let us know how we can support you.The Recipe (About the Role) Define clear project requirements, scope, and deliverables to support IT change initiativesWork with IT Architects to translate business needs into end-to-end solution designsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and drive more efficient deliverySupport prioritisation of user requirements for IT delivery teamsBuild and maintain relationships across business areas and third-party suppliersPartner with IT leadership to review requirements using As-Is and To-Be modelsContribute to test scenarios, test cases, and user/support documentationIdentify data requirements to support effective data management and integrationThe Ingredients (What we need from you)Key Know How:Proven data analysis skills translating into project requirements definition with business contextKnowledge of Business Process Modelling (BPMN)Experience of working in a cross functional environmentHave a logical mindset and the ability to share information at all levelsNice to have Experience working in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or manufacturing environment.Experience of working within Operational Technology based projects.
