Job Duties:
* Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans
* Provide support to students with additional needs
* Help create a positive learning environment
* Assist in monitoring and supervising students
* Support classroom management
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
* Previous experience working in an educational setting
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a team
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
Experience:
Previous experience in an educational setting not essential
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child psychology and development
* Ability to provide support to students with special educational needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or Psychology
* Experience working in a childcare setting/SEND knowledge
