The Role Provide 1:1 tailored tuition to a student with Special Educational Needs Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons Support academic progress as well as confidence and independence Work closely with parents/carers and other professionals where required Maintain clear records of progress and adapt strategies as needed Ideal Candidate Qualified teacher or experienced SEN tutor Experience working with children with additional needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, learning difficulties) Patient, empathetic and adaptable approach Strong communication skills Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one) Available for in-person sessions in Romford What We Offer £25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience) Flexible working hours Opportunity to make a genuine impact Supportive and collaborative environment If you are passionate about inclusive education and have the skills to support a child with additional needs to thrive, we would love to hear from you.
