* Embedding a culture of learning across the organisation, promoting curiosity, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Facilitating cross‑functional development opportunities to uncover and accelerate talent.
* Managing budgets and prioritising talent activity to ensure maximum impact.

Who Are We Looking For

This role will suit an experienced learning and development professional with experience of creating and designing innovative learning initiatives. Preferably in a technology, manufacturing or engineering business.

You’ll also have:

* Proven track record in designing, implementing innovative and creative technical, management and leadership programmes, delivering effective change to the business that underpin behavioural and cultural change.
* Dynamic problem‑solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.
* Skilled in managing stakeholders at all levels, especially senior leaders, to drive results.
* Commercial mindset, demonstrating an ability to deliver programmes that meet business needs in line with the MTC strategy.
* Strong understanding of learning theories and how these translate into learning solutions, including the effective use of learning technologies.
* Confident, resilient, enthusiastic, and an excellent team player.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Learning Management Systems, and working knowledge of D365.
* Ability to prioritise, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines.
* Ability to adapt well to fast‑paced environments with changing circumstances, direction and strategy.
* Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
* Ability to actively use metrics and training data to track and manage impact of training efforts.
* Communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing with audiences across levels.
* Strong knowledge of and experience with performance and talent management.
