A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Hampshire is seeking a Construction Solicitor to join its respected and expanding team. The Role
\nYou will advise a wide range of clients including developers, contractors, consultants, and public sector bodies across both contentious and/or non-contentious construction work depending on your experience. Responsibilities include:
\n\n
\n\t
* Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, appointments, warranties, and associated documentation
\n\t
* Advising on JCT, NEC and other industry-standard forms
\n\t
* Managing construction disputes including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
\n\t
* Providing strategic advice on risk management, contract performance, and project issues
\n\t
* Supporting senior colleagues on larger construction projects
\n\t
* Contributing to business development and maintaining long-term client relationships
\n\n\n

About You
\n\n
\n\t
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE or above considered) with experience in construction law
\n\t
* Experience in non-contentious, contentious, or mixed construction matters
\n\t
* Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills
\n\t
* Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
\n\t
* Ambitious, commercially aware, and committed to professional development
\n\n\n
