Civil/Senior Civil Engineer - Derby

I'm working with a well-established, award-winning engineering consultancy renowned for delivering innovative and practical infrastructure solutions across a variety of sectors. With decades of experience and a growing presence across the Midlands, their Derby office is expanding - creating a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Civil Engineer to take the next step in their career.
They're looking for someone with a hands-on approach and a commitment to technical excellence to help deliver a diverse range of infrastructure and development-led projects.
What they're looking for:
* UK-based design consultancy experience across multiple sectors
* Strong client-facing and commercial awareness skills
* Good working knowledge of Section 278, 38, 185 & 104 agreements
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage (or similar)
* 3+ years' industry experience with a delivery-focused mindset
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* Someone who enjoys staying close to design while leading projects
