Branch Manager – Screwfix Wetherby

Key Responsibilities
* Lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising and stock management to improve profitability.
* Create a positive store culture that reflects the brand and engages both staff and customers.
* Collaborate with the wider team of Branch Managers to support regional KPIs and business objectives.
Requirements & Skills
* Experienced manager with a strong retail background and proven business management skills.
* Track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
* Passion for customer service and ability to motivate a team.
* Strong communication, leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
* Friendly, flexible, reliable and committed to continuous improvement.
