IT Change & Release Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth implementation of changes and releases across all environments.
As an IT Change & Release Manager, you will be responsible for governing and controlling changes and releases, reducing risks and impacts on systems and users.
Key responsibilities include:
* Governing and controlling changes and releases across all environments
* Reducing the risk and impact of releases on systems and users
* Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performing trend analysis
* Managing Post Implementation Reviews and driving service improvements
* Supporting process documentation and tooling
* Chairing meetings such as CAB and Change Planning
* Assisting with audits and deputising for the Change & Release Lead when needed
For this role, we are looking for an experienced professional with at least 3 years' experience in IT Change Management. You should have a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes.
We require:
* Experience in a customer service or service desk environment
* Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow)
* ITIL knowledge (certification desirable)
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Ability to manage workloads with urgency and focus
