Role Overview
Working in our Children’s Homes involves being integral to a young person’s daily life, supporting them through highs and lows. Our support workers help young people regain their childhood and develop pathways to become well-rounded adults. The role offers rewarding moments and challenges alike.

Responsibilities
* Ensure daily routines are maintained, including preparing young people for school, assisting with homework, and planning activities.
* Engage in evening and weekend activities such as gaming, sports, movies, or outings like go-karting.
* Support the emotional and developmental needs of young people, guiding them towards positive futures.

* Salary: £28,134 - £34,302
* Sleep-ins: Up to 4 per month, paid at £80 each (~£3,840/year)

Candidate Qualities
