We’re looking for someone curious, tech-minded, and with great communication skills who are ready to grow their career in ICT.
As part of our ICT team, you’ll be the first point of contact when colleagues need support. You’ll help with day-to-day troubleshooting and play a part in building the documentation and knowledge base that powers our AI support assistant.
What you’ll do
* Be the first friendly contact when staff need ICT help
* Support users face to face and remotely across our four primary sites
* Log, allocate, and progress requests through the Service Desk system
* Work under the Service Desk Manager, learning on the job with training and development opportunities
* Set up and manage ICT hardware for new starters and existing colleagues
* Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and line-of-business applications
* Create and refine documentation that feeds into our AI support assistant
* Support the wider team with audits, projects, and service improvements
What we’re looking for
* A genuine interest in ICT (self-taught, study, or previous experience)
* Knowledge of Windows desktop and Microsoft 365 apps
* Strong communication skills and the ability able to explain tech simply
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
* Service desk/helpdesk experience is useful, but not essential
