Join Ground Controls growing Utilities Major Projects team and play a key role in pricing and securing projects that shape the UKs critical infrastructure. Key responsibilities: As an Estimator, youll support pricing across a range of services including vegetation clearance, fencing, ecology, minor civils, and enabling works. Youll be working with top-tier clients, ensuring your estimates are not just accurate but commercially strategic. Prepare clear, commercially robust quotes and estimates under tight deadlines Interpret technical drawings, scopes, and site surveys (virtual or in-person) Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather inputs and confirm assumptions Build pricing models using rate cards, measured works, or lump sums Support handover to operational delivery teams Contribute to business development through pricing support and market insight What were looking for: This is a nationwide role that will require travel as and when required as well as time working from home. We are flexible on the location of the right candidate as long as they have good access to motorway links both to the north and south.
