We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our Infrastructure team in Wolverhampton.
What you'll do:
1. Communicate effectively with other engineers, supervisors, enabling functions, designers, and client representatives.
2. Write temporary works design briefs to a standard accepted by the Section Engineer & Temporary Works Coordinator
3. Contribute to the project 4-week lookahead programme weekly for your works.
4. Work with the Section Engineer and supervisors to manage any clashes with other site works.
5. Understand the subcontract scope of works and ensure that this is followed by the suppliers.
What you'll bring to the role:
6. Degree level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HND in Civil Engineering and vocational training in Engineering
7. Working towards or in possession of Professional Industry Qualification (IEng, CEng etc.).
8. Formal training in Health & Safety and Environmental management (SMSTS, SEATS)
9. Relevant CSCS Card
10. Setting and experience using engineering surveying tools.
