Job Description
There is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Enterprise Sales working at an international, quickly scaling Fintech who have experienced over 100% YoY Growth over the past 5 years and hit profit last year. Reporting into the CCCO, you will oversee a team of 8 in new business sales and be responsible for growing this function. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responsible for improving and delivering the Go-To-Market Strategy
* Day to day leadership of New Business Sales team to turn them into a world-class sales team and deliver sales budgets globally
* Build a world-class sales engine to include prospecting, outreach, conversion and go-live
* Articulate Sales needs to Product, Account Management, Commercial, Marketing, Legal and other teams, and get their support
* Sign large strategic enterprise partnerships and work with Commercial and Account Management to launch them
* Continuous transformation of Sales into a world-class sales engine
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience leading a successful B2B Sales Engine with at least six FTEs
* Enterprise sales experience
* Understanding of how to scale a team at pace
* Five plus years’ experience in a similar role
* Previous experience in the Fintech, Open Banking, Payments or Lending sector
* Exposure to international markets would be beneficial
