Our White-Collar Recruitment team are seeking a Document Controller to support our client’s operations in Bristol - this will be working across a new office building and a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Role Overview
You’ll oversee project documentation, maintain organised digital filing systems, and ensure information is accurately managed and distributed. The role involves working closely with the project team and contractor partners to keep documentation up to date and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project documentation through SharePoint and client portals
* Maintain structured project folders and archive systems
* Coordinate reports and support meeting administration
* Record and update weekly site documentation
* Support Health & Safety document tracking
* Liaise with contractor and subcontractor document control teams
Requirements
* Experience in document control or site-based administration
* Confident using Microsoft Office 365 and digital filing systems
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
