​Equans is looking for an Performance Manager to join our team in South Yorkshire on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Performance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day and strategic management of Contract Performance through the analysis of CAFM data, manage. You will ensure that all services are measured and reported consistently to the required standard and that they meet the specific requirements of the FM Contract, Authority Requirements (PA), and our clients. Also to work with the operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement in delivery and service performance. This role is office based – working 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday. What will you deliver? Support the Account Managers by producing monthly deduction and service reports, daily/weekly updates, and other reports as required. Monitor performance of the contract daily to identify trends and minimise failures by providing advice, feedback, and updates to the team in the promotion of best practice in relation to payment mechanism deductions. Develop, agree, and review processes necessary to deliver the contract.Provide and deliver monthly performance reports Identify issues and pro-actively offer solutions to improve performance, to include implementation of action/improvement plans where required.Monitor and analyse operational KPIs, identifying trends and areas of improvementAttend and present monthly reporting outcomes to the clientTo develop, deliver and action a programme of customer satisfaction surveysUndertake root-cause and trend analysis of performance data, ascertaining trends & documenting improvement actions developed with service managers to address challenges, variances, or risk.Develop working relationships & improve communication with the team and all other members of staff.Initiate & manage roll out of companywide initiatives to site based staff; encourage & maximise team participationInteract with Senior Managers and Directors within Equans and Client and attend meetings as required. A proven experience in operational administration.Facilities Management experience desirable.Experience of Maximo and other CAFM systems advantageousUnderstanding of WIP & Billing processExperience in both finance and workflow administration desirableExcellent IT skills with Microsoft applications, SAP & other in-house IT Management systems (Maximo, STEMS, Coupa, etc)Excellent communication and customer service skillDemonstrate good time management skills, working to deadlines and adhering to set procedures.Experience within a general Administration position Who are we?
