Job Title: Senior Account Manager @ Award-Winning Digital Agency
Location: Kent (hybrid - 1x day a month in office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency working with high-profile, top-tier brands across multiple industries.
Known for combining smart strategy with genuinely human client relationships, this agency is in an exciting phase of growth following new client wins and international expansion. With a strong pipeline and increasing demand, they’re now looking to strengthen their senior account team with a Senior Account manager.
This role is ideal for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director in the making, someone who enjoys owning client relationships, shaping digital strategy, and playing a hands-on role in driving both performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate client business goals into clear, measurable digital strategies
* Own performance against KPIs, ensuring targets are met consistently across accounts
* Lead and support Strategic Account Managers, helping them deliver best-in-class client outcomes
* Analyse performance data and turn insight into actionable, commercial recommendations
* Create strategic digital roadmaps that secure senior stakeholder buy-in
* Act as a trusted senior partner to clients, strengthening long-term relationships
* Collaborate closely with internal specialists to ensure strategy and execution align
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience managing client accounts within a digital agency environment
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and performance metrics
* Confident presenting strategy, insight and recommendations to clients
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Solid understanding of SEO, paid media and cross-channel digital performance
* Interest in innovation, automation or AI-enabled ways of working
* Exposure to international clients or global accounts
