You will be supporting the wider Group and Banner teams with best-in-class insights to drive development and growth for the Kingfisher business. * Interpret data, analyse results and provide ongoing insight to stakeholders
* Longer-term deep-dive project work to focus on key areas to optimize the customer journey for Banners
* Partner with Group and Banner teams to identify the metrics and data points relevant for their targets, and work with them to bring this data to life and put data at the centre of their decision making
* Build the capability to enable Group and Banners to self-serve along with delivering insights and analysis
* Identify new process improvement opportunities and be proactive in embedding them into the teams’ ways of working
* Be a champion of Digital analytics and embed digital data analytics into our ways of working and work with the wider team to develop and support more junior members of the team
* Contribute and suggest ideas to help evolve the digital data roadmap and collaborate with the Group Measurement (tagging) team to ensure best in class digital analytics

* Experience in delivering analysis and actionable insights to improve digital customer experience and digital performance
* Experience of working in a digital analytics team, preferably in ecommerce
* Proficient in using digital experience tools (Contentsquare/ Hotjar/ Decibel/ Medallia or equivalent)
* Experience of using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics (or equivalent) and use of visualisation tools (Looker Studio/ Power BI/Tableau)
* Knowledge of Tag Management Systems (Tealium iQ or GTM) and basic SQL ability with experience of using Goole BigQuery
* Solid presentation skills with an ability to adjust their key messages to different audiences
