Position: Junior Office Manager
Location: Mayfair (fully office-based)
Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday – Friday
A private investment management company based in Mayfair is seeking a Junior Office Manager to join their small, friendly team.
Requirements:
* Degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge university
* 3 A levels, grades A
* Maths GCSE, grade 7 or higher
Responsibilities:
* Maintain office presentation and manage office supplies
* Coordinate travel arrangements for the team
* Manage reception, greet clients and visitors
* Handle incoming mail, book and prepare meeting rooms
* Assist Directors with personal admin tasks
* Provide holiday cover for the Executive Assistant
* Organize team events
* Order office supplies and arrange daily lunches
Skills: MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, team player, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks
Candidates will need to complete a personality test, online maths test, and a trial day at the office.
